Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 731 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 731 as the service provider. The 731 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 731 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your password, confidential. 731 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your account credentials to a third party. Information provided during registration is subject to verification. 731 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity before permitting withdrawals or certain account activities.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As a 731 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
• Attempting to attack, damage, or disrupt the operation of the platform, its servers, or related networks.
• Using automated software, bots, or other methods to access the platform unfairly or to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or when interacting with the platform.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another party under any circumstances.
• Conducting any transactions related to money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 731 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

731 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts in the following situations without prior notice:

• Violation of these terms and conditions or any related platform policies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bonuses in an unfair manner.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or legal compliance requirements.

In the event of a legitimate account closure through no fault of the user, any remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to verification. However, if the closure is due to a user violation, funds associated with that activity may be withheld.
